Clear about your data.

We record basic website activity, including pages, browser information and IP addresses, to understand usage. Visit records are kept for 30 days and can be viewed by website administrators. Your account and project information is handled through the private client portal.

The optional mailbox connector processes email messages temporarily. When you select Remember this mailbox, its credentials are saved encrypted in the portal database until you remove the mailbox. Email contents remain with your email provider. Temporary connections are cleared after sign-out, inactivity or a server restart.
